These terms describe the service provided by Douglas Connell through Surpreme Marketing. Review your selected plan before paying.
Your selected plan
$199 pilot — one payment. One vertical video, 20–45 seconds, two branded image posts with captions, a short brand intake and one consolidated revision round. You receive ready-to-post files for one brand. Publishing is not included. The pilot never renews or starts a monthly subscription.
$399 monthly — month to month. Four vertical videos, 20–45 seconds each, eight branded image posts with captions, a monthly content calendar and delivery summary for one agent or team brand and one market. The usual mix is up to two listing videos, one buyer/seller topic and one sourced local guide; we agree on useful alternatives when you have no new listing.
Monthly service includes brand setup, one 30-minute onboarding call and one 20-minute monthly planning call. Publishing covers up to two client-authorized business channels only after access is verified and the content approved; otherwise we agree on ready-to-post delivery. Reporting includes available native metrics, not promised results.
Video files include captions and a cover image; standard delivery is vertical 1080 × 1920 MP4, with 1080 × 1350 single-image posts. Personal avatars and bespoke commercials require a separate scope.
Timing and revisions
First drafts arrive within five business days after we have your complete brief, authorized assets and any required access. Included revisions return within two business days of your consolidated notes. Each plan includes one revision round; the monthly allowance covers up to 60 minutes of edits. Corrections to our own factual or production mistakes do not use that allowance. New concepts, extra versions or replacement assets after approval require an agreed quote.
Your monthly calendar sets the remaining delivery dates. Missing assets, feedback or approval can move those dates. We do not promise weekend or rush delivery; monthly support responses are within two business days.
Renewal and cancellation
The monthly plan renews at $399 each month until canceled, with no annual commitment. Use “Manage billing or cancel” on your private order confirmation page before your next renewal to stop future billing. You can also contact Douglas. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Canceling does not automatically refund work already performed or roll unused work into a later month. Any later price change requires notice and a new agreement.
Refunds
A full refund is available before production begins. After production starts, contact us for a review of unused work and any appropriate refund. This does not affect rights you have under applicable law.
Your assets and approval
You provide photos, footage and branding you are authorized to use, accurate property details and required brokerage disclosures. We use those assets within the agreed project. You review the finished files, captions, channels and schedule before publication; silence is not approval. Changes after approval require a fresh review. Using your face or voice as an AI avatar always requires your separate explicit permission.
What is outside the plan
Filming, travel, drone work, websites or IDX, paid advertising and ad spend, lead acquisition, email/SMS campaigns, community management, extra languages and unlimited revisions are excluded. We do not alter real property features or use listing imagery without rights. Marketing content does not guarantee views, leads, sales or closings.
