SURPREME MARKETING · SEPTEMBER 25, 2026

Your details stay with your project.

Surpreme, operated by Douglas Connell, uses the contact and project information you provide to respond to inquiries, manage orders, and prepare your content. Inquiries and brand briefs are saved in the private Surpreme studio on the existing server. We do not sell these details or enroll you in marketing.

Responding to your inquiry

Your name and email let Douglas respond personally. A phone number is optional; choosing a call permits a human callback about your request. We do not send automated texts or enroll inquiries in marketing. We retain your reply preference, the consent wording and time, and limited campaign labels (source, medium, campaign, content and term) submitted with the form. These labels help us understand which link brought the request; they are not advertising pixels.

Campaign labels may be kept in first-party session storage for up to 24 hours in your browser. Our existing private operator notification service may alert Douglas with an inquiry reference and the password-protected inbox link; the alert does not include your name, email, phone number or message. Service providers support hosting, notification and our response to your request. Saving your inquiry does not guarantee immediate notification delivery.

Facebook and Instagram inquiry forms

If you send an inquiry through a Facebook or Instagram lead form, Meta holds the information you submit and makes it available to Surpreme so Douglas can respond personally about your request. Providing an optional phone number permits a personal callback about that request. Meta’s privacy policy also applies. These inquiries stay in Meta Leads Center unless they are later securely transferred to our private Studio for follow-up. They are not automatically copied into the website inbox. We do not enroll these inquiries in automated marketing or texts.

Checkout and your order

Stripe hosts the payment form and processes payment details. Surpreme does not receive or store your full card number or security code. We keep your order reference, selected plan, payment status, Stripe customer or subscription references, and the email supplied with a completed checkout so Douglas can fulfill the order. A brand brief is collected after payment; you can update it from your private confirmation link.

Test checkout is labeled clearly and does not purchase a service. A real monthly subscription starts only when you confirm a live monthly payment with Stripe. Sending an inquiry never creates a charge or subscription. Stripe’s privacy policy.

Optional call booking

If you choose to book a call, Calendly opens in a new tab and collects the details you provide for scheduling. Its privacy notice applies there. Booking a call is optional; you can purchase a plan directly or use our message form.

Cookies and access

Session cookies protect forms, keep checkout attempts consistent, and support private studio access. A keyed, one-way hash of your network address helps limit repeated submissions and checkout creation; standard hosting access logs may contain your IP address. Google Analytics and Meta advertising measurement run by default on our public pages, and a notice on your first visit tells you so. They are never required for anything you do here: turning them off does not prevent an inquiry, booking or purchase, and analytics and advertising can be turned off independently. Use Privacy choices in the footer to turn either off at any time. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, we keep advertising measurement off automatically and you do not need to do anything.

Your confirmation link grants access to your brief and, for a monthly order, Stripe billing management. Keep that link private. Douglas’s operator studio has separate access controls.

Optional measurement details

While measurement is on, it can include public page visits, a call-booking link click, beginning checkout, a successfully saved website inquiry, and a verified initial payment. Clicking a booking link is not recorded as a completed appointment, and an inquiry is not recorded as a qualified client. Private order links, briefs, Studio pages, and form-processing pages do not load advertising or analytics tags.

We do not send your inquiry text, name, email, phone number, raw campaign labels, or private order link in measurement events. While measurement is on, Google and Meta receive pseudonymous browser identifiers and event references. While advertising measurement is on, we also retain the actual Meta ad-click identifier from your landing link, without forwarding the full link, so a saved inquiry or verified payment can be associated with that ad; Google receives purchase value, currency and the selected plan, and Meta may receive the same purchase details. Browser providers also receive network and device information through their own requests. Google’s privacy policy and Meta’s privacy policy explain their handling.

A first-party preference cookie records this browser’s measurement setting — our default, or the choice you make — for up to 180 days; it is created on your first visit and updated whenever you change your choice. We keep a separate preference record and event-delivery journal so that a withdrawal is respected and events are not duplicated. Turning advertising measurement off never affects Douglas replying to your request personally. Turning measurement off stops future collection and stops any event we have not yet sent; it does not remove events a provider has already received. Where measurement is on by default, a visit can produce events, including the Meta ad-click identifier if you arrived from an ad, before you turn it off. Undelivered measurement events are dropped after three days, and the preference cookie and stored preference expire after 180 days. You can contact Douglas about deletion requests.
